Why Register for Another Virtual Conference?
For 15 years we have held an ‘in-person’ conference valued by vendor attendees for the interactions and dispensed collective knowledge. Then came the virus and major disruption to all our lives. So after discussions with a number of you and some anguishing we have decided to hold a series of Virtual Conferences over Zoom on an invite only basis.
As we noted “This conference is designed for product managers, strategic planners and senior management. Why? Because we can all benefit from learning from each other. We all have our challenges and the issue is how to position one’s products so as to be successful.
Sure we all compete with each other, but Capture 2.0 — the ability to understand and extract relevant business data from the mass of unstructured data that deluges every business, every day — represents a US$32bn opportunity according to our research. but the current global market is only worth about US$5bn with US$2bn coming from EMEA (Europe, MidEast and Africa). In 2019 EMEA grew by 24% — a great deal faster than much other software. No wonder considering the value of capture. But everything has been thrown into turmoil — some verticals will prosper and others will suffer. Methods of transacting business are being rethought, paper is in decline — capture software is needed more than ever.
Many of our conference attendees from all over the world have been regulars to our US based on-site conference for each of the past 15 years, gaining insights into different markets, different processes, different approaches – and a greater understanding of what they need to make their products more attractive to a wider market.
