Harvey Spencer
Based in metropolitan New York, Harvey Spencer has an extensive background in operations, programming, program and product management, product marketing and strategic planning gained during more than 35 years in the IT industry. Harvey started working in IT in the UK, but now has over 30 years experience in the US.

He has worked with both hardware and software under numerous operating systems, with manufacturers as well as end users. Since 1988, he has been involved with high performance electronic document management systems, acting as a document management VAR and then concentrating on the software and hardware used to capture and manage documents.

Since founding Harvey Spencer Associates in 1989, he has become the leading analyst dealing with electronic capture and recognition and his clients include most of the major companies in the document capture environment.

Erin Dempsey
Erin has spent over 15 years utilizing her expertise in marketing communications, strategic planning and research and development as a consultant for developers of both hardware and software products in the document management and location-based software markets.

Erin has held a number of positions over the years including Vice President of Seminar Programs for Wood Associates, Marketing Communications Manager for Telcontar, Inc. and Law Cypress Distributing Company. Erin was the instrumental in the creation and execution of the current Enterprise Content Management Seminars owned by AIIM International and she has spent many years working with key analysts, publications and manufacturers in the imaging industry.

Erin has a proven track record of success with implementing effective market launch plans for startups and educational programs for users of document management products.
