Over the last 37 years Keith has dedicated his career to solving the problems that companies have in print and over the last decade or so the focus of those problems have been in three key areas: reducing the cost of print, security concerns with print, and leveraging the analytics to improve the effectiveness of your managed print management program. In addition to those areas he’s also helping businesses take hold of digital transformation initiatives including moving systems to the cloud and digitizing operational functions.
Keith spent his first 16 years with Eastman Kodak Company where he rose to the position of General Manager and VP of Office Imaging . He spent three of those years based in London and was responsible for building out Kodak’ outsourcing business, Kodak Imaging Services. He retired from Kodak in 1996 to start his own consulting practice, PathForward, that led to his acquisition of a number of digital printing companies that he later combined and sold to Standard Register in 2002. In 2009, he spun his business back out and merged with Pharos Systems.
Keith received the inaugural POD Pioneer of the Millennium Award in 2000, recognizing him as one of the ten most influential leaders in digital printing. He has been involved in and invited to speak at On-Demand, Xplor, IPMA, ACUP, TACUP and the Big Ten Printers Conference. His work entitled “The View for Heaven” won Best in Show at last year’s Print and Imaging Summit in Orlando as voted by attendees. Keith was an adjunct faculty member at RIT’s School of Print Media from 2002-2009. He has been involved in 27 mergers and acquisitions, and has led more than 100 consulting, assessment and strategy design engagements.

Within a few years, Swidersky established the division as a proven, reliable partner to organizations requiring innovative document/content management processes and electronic content management (ECM) solutions.
Today, the division actively partners with, and receives awards and recognition from, the most widely regarded names in the enterprise content management field, including Kodak, Kofax, NINTEX, AvePoint, Microsoft and many more. In 2008 Swidersky founded DocPoint Solutions to leverage his management experience and ability to successfully support complex IT integration efforts with SharePoint in the ECM space. Both firms were acquired by Konica Minolta on 9/1/2016.
The networking and friends that I made participating in this event for over 20 years have been priceless to me in developing my businesses. Thanks Bob for picking up the torch!!!
The Service Provider Executive Forum is a critical event for executives leading BPO services firms today. The event provides an opportunity to understanding market dynamics and new technologies. Most importantly, the peer introductions enable teaming/partnering for future sales pursuits
I am reminded of the statement Maria Granada made when she encouraged me to attend my first meeting. Maria stated, “This is the most important conference I attend each year.” After my first meeting, I concurred…This is a direct result of attending the service provider forums.
We work with companies that want to spend less time and money working with paperwork, want to protect their employees’ and customer’s personal information, and want new insights in solving business problems, on a daily basis.
SBF was the crucial gateway to introducing myself and my regional company to other suppliers across the country. I connected with trustworthy peers, crucial to a new entrepreneur exiting a national company, allowing me to generate business and build friendships for years! Let’s make it work again!
The Service Provider Forum was an annual opportunity to interact with a key segment of the imaging business…The point is that this type of event serves a community that existed then and exists unserved today. There is a need for an event like this to serve the SMB solutions element of the ECM business.
